- Delivery times: Our delivery times are between 10:00 am and 10:00 pm, Monday through Saturday.
- Same-day delivery: If you place your order before 9:00 pm, we will do our best to deliver your flowers on the same day. Orders placed after 9:00 pm will be delivered the following day.
- Delivery fees: We offer free delivery for orders over 100AED within Dubai. For orders outside of this radius, a delivery fee may apply. You can check our delivery charges here.
- Delivery confirmation: Once your flowers have been delivered, we will send you a confirmation email to let you know they have arrived safely.
- Delivery address: Please ensure that the delivery address you provide is correct and complete. We cannot be held responsible for any delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.
